Over four months ago, we set up an interdisciplinary multicultural group to develop a common approach across the entire organization in support of diversity, ensuring compliance with the d+ program. Learn more about the group’s priorities, concerns and expectations as its members undertake this challenging role.
The program provides Tecpetrol leaders with knowledge and tools to help them perform their roles better, and enhance the development of their work teams. The last edition ended in March and was attended by 44 employees from the company’s different operations in Colombia, Ecuador and Mexico, involving input from 42 mentors and 25 bosses.
Tecpetrol’s Summer Educational Practices, which are held in Argentina every year, ended on March 31. Almost half of the young people enrolled had to do their practice remotely. Even so, they all agreed that the experience had been extremely enriching and praised the role played by their tutors during the process. These are some of the testimonials shared by the participants.
